One of the biggest concerns
facing us with new standards like HIPAA, is the
open desktop. Taking the human interaction factor
out of the equation (requiring the user to manually
shutdown the PC), this device does the work for
you. It utilizes ultrasonic technology to monitor
the station and shut the PC down, log off, lock
the station automatically. This combined with
a biometric log on
system makes the user interface easy and uncomplicated.
The device uses USB interface
and requires no extra software.
